Abstract This study is an exploratory study, which was conducted in relation to the of proficiency and performance Iranian Air Traffic Controllers: attitude, work experience, specific Aviation English courses. Few studies have been this field. The Courses Iran are very similar Content-Based Language Training (CBLT) To end, participants were 278 ATCOs who selected from 1000 based on Cochran formula. instrument designed by European organization for safety air navigation. For data be analyzed software SPSS 24.0, AMOS 23.0, structural equation model (SEM), path analysis model, confirmatory factor (CFA) used. According main findings research its hypotheses, firstly, ATCOs’ had a significant positive effect proficiency. But proficiency, experience did not moderating role passing CBLT courses role.
